This is a review of the salon not Lynn who did a great job on cutting and styling my hair. This is about the air of angst, about me being prettier and younger than you and the lack of concern for my mother whom I arranged for a style also. First I was given what is called a light wash. What is that? For $50 I expect a cleasing wash and a decent amount of time spent on rinsing my hair. I received a feeble one time wash and quick rinse. Next we were never offered wine, water or anything for that matter which is not indictative for a return visit when you are singled out as not being a regular client. Finally , after I specifically said my mother was 91 and needed someone to steady her if she was finished before me, I see the operator heading for the desk while my mother struggles to get out of the chair. Youth is fleeting and someone should remind your staff, they will ALL be there in due time. I only hope there is a more compassionate person available to aid them. I am sincerely, Mary L. Martin
