Talented and personable 12/15/2011

Get my hair cut and colored,but also have used several spa service. Everyone is very, very nice and I think very talented as well. Sometimes the hair salon and entranceway is very hectic.....guess that is a sign of a good salon. the new location may ease some of that front desk congestion. more

Allie has been my stylist for over a year and I have to say I haven't ever had a bad experience. She is always great at suggesting styles and color. The salon is always so welcoming and everyone is very polite. I highly recommend this salon and stylist! more

Hair Cut and Color 12/14/2011

Justin is excellent-I followed him to your salon. He is polite, has class and is very talented at what he does. Your salon is a good match for him. I think her name was Britney-she did the washout. Her massaging of my scalp nearly put me to sleep-it was wonderful. I told her I could have used a couple of hours of that. Results were excellent as usual-Justin does a great job and I love my hair. Everyone in the salon was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. I am happy to be a new customer. more

Color, cuts, and highlights 12/14/2011

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very nice. The receptionist alerted my stylist that I had arrived. Within a few minutes, my stylist took me back. There was never awkward silence between my stylist, Adrienne, and I. She kept conversation going. Adrienne was thorough in asking me what I wanted. She brought out different hair color swatches to match my natural color. I told her I wanted highlights but wanted them to be natural not blonde. When all was said and done, I was extremely satisfied with the results. My grey was covered with a color that was very, very close to my natural color and my highlights were exactly as I wanted-natural looking. I recommend this salon to my friends and family all the time. The salon is very clean and everyone is very professional. My 3 grown children now come to the salon. Amanda cuts my sons hair and she does great with his hair!! No one has ever been successful at cutting his hair so believe me, it was wonderful to find Amanda! more

Awesome full service salon 12/13/2011

I moved to this area about a year and a half ago. I found Jordan Thomas via an internet search for Bioelements. Since my first visit for a facial I have utilized many of their other services. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I just LOVE getting my nails done with the Shelac every other week. My hair has never looked better and my stylist listens to what I want!! Plus, I have sent both of my sisters and mom for appointments. I will drive the extra miles and recommend you do too!! more

I always look forward to my standing appointment with Mindy, my nail tech. Not ony does she do a great job with acrylics and gels, but she's just loads of fun to chat with. The staff at Jordan Thomas are great. more
