My first time at this salon I had my color & cut done. It was horrible. My hair was uneven & my roots didn't match my ends. I went outside and showed my husband to make sure it was as bad as I thought,it was. I went back in asking to speak to the manager, I couldn't stop crying. She apologized and said I could come back the next day and have it fixed.(the next day?!!?)The color was fixed but the cut couldn't be w/out chopping off my hair however what dissapointed me the most was the manager never said a word to me the next day, didn't check once to make sure I was happy...
