JT Can't be Beat 1/14/2012

My experience with Jordan Thomas has always been wonderful. I can truly relax and feel the stress of everyday life just melt away. I absolutely adore Marianne M., who makes me feel that I am her favorite customer (I am sure all her customers feel that way). She does such a great job: I trust her talent, and expertise, and am extremely pleased with the results. Who could for anything more. Everyone of the employees are so friendly and understand the importance of customer service (and I have to add, the best looking group of people under one roof). Your new location is beautiful and gives you that "New York feeling". Thank you all for your hard work, and for making this customer's experience so pleasurable. Sincerely, Cathy more

Hair done for my professional pics for my businesses website 1/14/2012

Last year my husband and I moved our property management business and residence to Bel Air. I was driving around one day so that I could "get to know" the area and saw Jordan Thomas Salon. Now Jordan Thomas Salon is where I go for a fabulous cut and color with Kristen, who is my stylist. I was given a tour of the new location and was impressed with the design. The salon is very beautiful, the ceiling lights as you come into the salon look like floating bubbles and the spa area was inviting. more

Have always loved JT for the excellent service and highly skilled stylists...but now there is is added bonus of a high style environment! Absolutely gorgeous salon! I love my Kristin D! 1/13/2012

I had my previously scheduled appointment with Kristin in the new location. It is gorgeous! Love the cool colors and the gentle, calming energy. Once again, Kristin did her magic with my cut and highlights. My grown out layers became a bob that accented the highlights. Have received compliments galore! Next appointment was scheduled before I walked out the door! more

long wait, but stylist was friendly and cut was great 1/12/2012

I had to wait about 20 min after my appt time to be seen, which is a little frustrating (especially with small children). But the entire staff was welcoming and the stylist was very friendly, and she did a great job on the haircut. I love that she didn't try to sell me a ton of product like some places do. I will definitely go back to her again, but I will try to get an earlier appt next time in the hopes that the wait won't be so long. more

I absolutely love the new salon! It's has a New York chic air to it. It flows well from one station to another and it is obvious that a lot of thought went into the placmnt of the stations. My only regret is that I didn't get a tour of the entire salon. I would have liked to see the "spa" section (thus the 4star rating). Overall, however, a great place! Robin more

Over priced merchandise 1/11/2012

Paid for an item that I later that day found for less than half price at many other prices. I knew I would be paying more by going there, but didn't realize just how much more. Service was fine, though. more

Always a nice experience 1/9/2012

I have been a Jordan Thomas Salon and Spa customer for several years. Kristin Vaughan is my stylist and she does a fantastic job! The staff is always very polite and welcoming. The salon is also well-kept and clean. I live 45 minutes away, but it's well worth the trip every time! more
