When I called, they assured me they were qualified to repair my Sharp microwave and promised to get right on it. He had the necessary part in his truck and the microwave was repaired in 30 minutes! more

My 17 year old Maytag washer died. Eric Jensen was so helpful in attempting the repairs and then advising me about what to get as a replacement. They were here twice and only charged the visit charge as he was not able to change the part successfully. I could not be more satisfied. more

I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. My Whirlpool cooktop (about a year and a half old) had 3 of the 5 burners out. I contacted the warranty company, and within 24 hours, Jensen had called to make an appointment next day. Eric called with his 2 hour time window and arrived right on time at the front end. He had to order another part for it, and said they'd contact me when they had it in. He returned for a fourth time today and it is finally fixed. He was thorough and did research, and explained it to me when they sent him the wrong parts. Each time, I was given a prompt date and time, and Eric followed up and arrived on time. He is very pleasant, and I appreciated his help and dedication in not only fixing it for me, but explaining an engineering defect and how to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend Jensen. They took very good care of me and saw the problem through to resolution. more

DRYER REPAIR 2/9/2013

We needed a dryer repair. The tech showed up an hour late. Without even opening up anything I was informed the repair would be $260. I approved the repair based on the reputation of this company. My mistake!. After looking at the itemized bill I was charged $85 for a $22 part. $70 dollars for a service call and an additional $95 labor. This job took 15 minutes. You have burned this bridge. I will never call you again. more

Great Service 1/25/2012

Randy of Jensen was wonderful, my refrig was not working at all, except for lites, in less than 15 minutes, he knew the problem & had it back in service. \r I call Jensen's this morning & they said they would have a service person out today, around 9 AM, Randy called, told me approximately what time he would be there, I gave him a with a brief discription of what was wrong. I could not ask for anything more.\r I'm super thrilled with Jensen Appliance & Randy. Thanks so much more

All in all I am very pleased with the service. 7/26/2011

I chose Jensen to fix our Whirlpool Gold side by side refrigerator that stopped working. They were listed as a retailer on Whirlpool's website and then I read some of the reviews on City Search. I was scheduled for a service call the next morning. The tech was on time, friendly, and right on task. I was given a quote to fix the fridge ($397-ouch), but for the replacement of the expensive electrical board. However, I found out when I paid that the cost also included the $65 service call fee. That was a positive. All in all I am very pleased with the service. more

I called Jensen regarding my 20-year old clothes dryer that was slow to dry. The man quickly and clearly explained some options. We were able to try one of his suggestions and that solved the problem. We have used Jensen before and will use them again and really appreciated the phone advice that, in this case, saved us a service call. more
