We live in CT and have a home in CO, so you can imagine how hard it is to find a reputable repair service long distance. The local repair service knew what the problem was but was not an authorized Amana repair service and therefore could not fix the refrigerator. Jensen Appliance repaired our appliance even though they were 2 hours away. They diagnosed the same exact problem as the first repair service and told me the part was under warranty. The service call was more expensive than usual but they did have to travel 2 hours and unfortunately the problem was the compressor on my refrigerator so it was an expensive job even with the part being covered. However, they were no more expensive and even a little less expensive than other repair services that quoted over the phone. They kept their appointments and the so far the refrigerator works fine. I think they were extremely easy to work with and had a lot of patience especially since they had to keep me informed long distance. I would use them again.\r
