I had a Maytag top of the line dishwasher purchased 2.5 years ago with some sort of mechanical problem. They quoted $55 to come to the house, sounds like a good deal right. Wrong after arriving then a $35 charge was added for them to tell me my main pump will have to be replaced for a total of $420 but it was back ordered. So my thought was to go check the local hardware stores for prices on a new replacement. I talked with a salesman at Home Depot, he showed me that the parts are under warranty on my Maytag. So I went to talk to the (friendly?) people at Jensen Appliance & Refrigeration to ask them why they didn't mention that the parts could possibly be under warranty. I arrived at the showroom to ask why this wasn't brought to my attention since that is there line of work. The main witch like person, that attended to me, voice, fangs and nails came out had the nerve to tell me it was my fault.
