I chose Jensen to fix our Whirlpool Gold side by side refrigerator that stopped working. They were listed as a retailer on Whirlpool's website and then I read some of the reviews on City Search.
I was scheduled for a service call the next morning. The tech was on time, friendly, and right on task. I was given a quote to fix the fridge ($397-ouch), but for the replacement of the expensive electrical board. However, I found out when I paid that the cost also included the $65 service call fee. That was a positive.
All in all I am very pleased with the service.
