I ordered a $28k Accord from this dealer. Went to pick it up. In the three days they had the car, they managed to dent the passenger door and damage the paint. Then they said the best they could do was reimburse $150 towards the repairs. The repair bill stands at $500 and they refuse to pay to make it the new car it was supposed to be upon delivery. Is it too much to ask that a car be in new condition when you pick it up? I don't know how these people sleep at night.
