Worst

I took my car in for a routine tune-up and ended up having to decline unnecessary service. The mechanic called no fewer than three times to try to get me to add expensive repairs...

I always have excellent, professional, and dependable service on my Honda Odyssey at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain. The maintenance employees are always courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. And I love the car wash, too! more

Outstanding service from the beginning phone call to the moment the girl handed me the keys to my "finished" car. The representative I dealt with was professional, caring, knowledgable and HELPFUL! and deserves high praise/rating. Great service on product replacement 7/8/2011

I received a mailed notice of a class action settlement involving sun visors on Honda Civics, and went to Jeff Wyler Honda to see what needed to be done as my sun visor had broken recently and was eligible for replacement under terms of the settlement. The service department took care of me right away, replaced the visor at no cost, and had me on the road (after throwing in a car wash at no charge) in about 35 minutes. Great service! Thanks. more

I have to say that purchasing my 2007 Honda Accord was the easiest car buying exprience that I have ever had right from the start Geneva Carr was a excellent salesperson she took the time with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was riding in my new car the same day. I will definately never buy anything except a Honda and will always purchase from Jeff Wyler. Again Thanks for everything Geneva!!!! Always Top Notch 7/2/2011

Fortunately, I've never had anything seriously wrong with either of my Hondas that I purchased from Jeff Wyler. I owe much, if not all, of that to the top-notch service that I get from the service department on Colerain. They keep me posted about what is needed. When I take my vehicle in, everyone whom I have dealt with have been quite professional. They treat me with respect and give me all the time that I need. They do not brush me off like some service people I have come in contact with in the past. Even though Jeff Wyler Honda is about 50 miles away from my home, I wouldn't consider taking my CR-V to anyone else. more

Jeff Wyler is my all time favorite for getting my car serviced.They always treat you great.Their waiting area is the nicest I've ever been in with free coffee and newspaper.I would highly recommend them for service to your Honda. more

Excellent! 5/11/2011

I had Jim Sweeny as a sales rep and he worked with me to get what I wanted and so I could afford it. Plus this was the first car I bought almost completely by myself (my father was there for support when I needed it) and Jim made sure I understood everything and made sure I was satisfied. I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler in Colrain! more

Service 5/6/2011

Good: The service was great. I came for an oil change and I asked them to check to make sure there were no safety issues. They found a problem and fixed it. They took me up to the "Y" and brought me back while I waited. My oil change was "free". Bad: It was expensive but i guess that's what it costs.. Other: Jeff Wyler Honda is a "well oiled machine" (pun intended!) Everyone was very friendly and seemed efficient and knowlegable. It is obvious that customer service is a priority.. more
