My HVAC system was nearing 19 years old, but still working. I decided now was the time to replace it, because of its age, reliability, and lower efficiency. I called Isley's as I used them once before, years ago. John came to the house inspected the system and gave me two options based on my price range and the SEER rating I wanted. He explained the two systems and I chose the one I thought would best suit my needs. Mike came to do the installation (in one day)and what an excellent job he did. I watched the total install and could tell he was a true professional at his job. He also evaluated my air returns to insure it was correct. New Honeywell thermostat and return register were also installed. Also evaluated the insulation in the attic (need more) and checked all duct work. Recommendations were made, but no pressure to complete other work. They met all my expectations; when calling with questions or returning calls promply and always on time. What a great company and I'm completely satisfied. I will recommend Isley's to anyone.
