Never thought I would try this Colonic thing and like it 8/24/2011

The therapist there is a wealth of wisdom. She talked to me every step of the way from the first time I was there. In two years I have had a breast reduction, tummy tuck and a lap band installed. The gas I was left with trapped inside was enormous. Not one person has helped me and I looked high and low. I had to start to look for help out side of the main stream. I found colonics with colon hydrotherapy like a enema and it has cured my gas, bloat and shrunk me down so much in my waist area. You all need to try colon irrigation. it will amaze you. Give it a chance, i had to go a couple of times to get my abs back. you will love it. more

Colonics In Raleigh Cured Migraines 8/11/2011

I just thought I was a healthy guy. It was pretty lame of me thinking all the food I ate was doing its job. Colonics are valid. I spent three years talking myself out of them. I used to have migraines and took meds, but colon hydrotherapy stopped that for me. I tell all my employees to do colon cleansing with colonics now way worth the effort more

Colonic: A Must Try 8/5/2011

I am a 41 year old female that spent half my life irregular. As I got older the irregularity turned into chronic constipation to the point where I was not going until I took something. I would spend the whole week eating 3 meals a day but not going to the bathroom. I would take laxatives on Fridays and go all day Saturday. This was my routine. I was embarrased to talk to anyone about it. This became my routine for years.\r In a candid conversation at work I learned that most of my female co-workers suffered from the same thing. One mentioned that she had gone for a colonic before and how great she felt afterwards but the atmosphere where she was going was not comfortable to her so she stopped. We searched the internet and found Intestinal Fitness. I was feeling so miserable at the time I said it cant hurt to try this. At the start of my appointment I was very nervous and a lil embarrased. But the staff made me feel ver at ease. I went in bloated from not going in over a week and a half. I had lower abdominal pain, gas pains and cramps, I felt pressure around my port and i felt like if i ate or drank anything else I was going to throw up. Gabrielle guided me to my own private suite, I felt very comfortable on that table. The atmosphere was relaxing to the point I almost drifted off to sleep. Halfway thru the session I already felt like I could breathe again. So much pressure was released from my stomach I couldn't believe it. I also couldn't believe the waste I saw released from my body. I could not wait to tell my co-workers how great I felt. The rest of the day I had to keep looking at my belly in amazement. I started taking a stool softner daily and within a couple days I was going anywhere from once a day to once every 2 dayS. The move was smoothe, without any straining. I still coud not believe i had no pain in my lower abdoman. I could take deep breaths without feeling like i had to throw up. I could not shut up about my experience. I told everyone I could. My coworker even stated that my skin had cleared and lighten to a glow. more

Colonics to uncongest your Sinus 6/1/2011

I saw an allergist for 11 years. She gave me a shot weekly;I took allegra and claritin; flonase a 12 hour decongestant a nasal decongestant for at night; she referred me to a surgeon he operated on my nasal passages said they were too narrow ( I fell for that is what makes me the most mad) took antibiotics for sinusitis and ear infections, coughed up mega loads of mucous until I was dizzy.... One colonic per month for two years and I am drug, injection and surgery free and healthier than I was when I was 20, sleep like a rock and infection free. I strongly recommend you try colonics to uncongest your sinus's. more

Constipation relief acne clearing was a bonus 2/18/2011

I really didn't expect at all to have my acne clear up after colonics but it did. what a bonus. I am 25 years old and have been so completely constipated for so long. My friend told me it was so not normal and I thought it was no problem. They make it easy for you to relax in that place. tell Rebecca greek goddess sent ya! more

Constipation- Hate it- 1/30/2011

This place was easy to find in Raleigh. They took me in straight away. Didn't wait long at all. Had plenty of Men's magazines which I found rare for a medical office. Lost a few pounds there. The nurse made sure my questions were answered. Couldn't be happier with a medical office which was a first for me. My daughter made my appointment because of my gas. Annie taught me it's OK to admit I don't go. After my colonic I learned just how constipated I really am. No straining anymore, which could have given me a heart attack, like \r it did Elvis presley.Thank you Annie and the staff. more

Constipation gass bloat had me so Miserable daily 1/30/2011

my work requires me to travel constantly. Eating on the run constantly. My family doctor told me to take benefiber, activa, milk of magnesia to help and that made me doubled over in pain.Tests from nose to butt and all told me there was nothing wrong with me. Well not the truth there was something seriously wrong. Searched on line for help for gas bloat and constipation. it took me three years to get in for a colonic but when I dropped to my knees in pain from my gutt I hired this place to give me a colon cleanse. I feel like I lost 10 pounds in there. Absolute ignorance. How could this be? Why, at 37 years old did I not hear a word about this colon cleansing procedure? I promised I would write a review b/c of the help I got. My girlfriend went in a week later too. She is pretty bad constipated she needed three visits but she is in the mood again so I pay for them all she wants. Tell them Sanchez sent you. more

Great start to weight loss plan 11/3/2010

I was so nervous because I didn't know what to expect...this was a new experience for me but I had done research and talked to my sister and my husband about having a colonic...but I was still SO nervous...and it was obvious to Dr. Gabby and Rebecca...she explained the procedure and what to expect and I became totally at ease...there was no pain or discomfort at all...the atmosphere is professional as well as relaxed...I am so glad I had this colonic...It was definitely the right step towards re-starting my weight loss regimen...this was my 1st but definitely not my last... more

Run, don't walk to Intestinal Fitness! You have 28 feet of intestines in your body, and every bit has been accumulating plaque and toxins for years! DON'T let that disease causing filth stay in your body a minute longer! Go see Gabrielle at Intestinal Fitness! She is immenently professional and knowledgable. Gabrielle and her assistant, Rebecca, will put you completely at ease. Your colonic will leave you feeling clean, healthy and thin. Jeans that are tight when I go in, invariably fit comfortably when my colonic is over. For an even more successful colonic, go by the office a few days before and pick up a bottle of Aloe Vera juice to drink before your appointment. There is Enough Misery for Everyone without Haters 10/12/2010

It's obvious that the last four reviews, with near consecutive dates, were written under the direction of a intended smear campaign. One of the smear campaign writers, even told you to go to her pal Darlene Holloway, at the same time she smeared Intestinal Fitness, Raleigh Colonics. No Brainer. It is completely obvious the last four authors have not hired Intestinal Fitness, LLC in Raleigh. They are fairy-tales. I am a practitioner in the Cary area, and I have been referring patients to Intestinal Fitness because the staff are compassionate , professional & result oriented. Furthermore, not one patient of hundreds has ever reported anything negative. There is enough misery for everyone. Treat the patient with dignity , kindness, compassion and take your time educating and all will be well. It certainly does no one any good to make up stories such as the four reviews below. more

HUGE MISTAKE!! 10/9/2010

I've been to several therapists in the area and thought I'd give her a try. Huge mistake! Not only is she grossly unprofessional, but she spent the entire time bad-mouthing her competitors. I know she flat out lied, because I've used them as well and know better. I never do business with someone who has to resort to tearing someone else down to make themselves look good. Pathetic. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. more

Facial blemishes cleared up in two short visits 5/23/2010

Several years ago I asked my family doctor if colonics with colon irrigation and colon cleansing with colon hydrotherapy was a good idea. She told me absolutely not that it would take out my good bacteria. I have since had several colonic cleansing 's and I don't have acne, gas, bloat, constipation and I have lost 26 pounds of mostly poop weight built up inside me. Each colonic takes out good and bad bacteria and I replace the good with probiotics. If that doctor ""did not"" know the benefits of colonics and how easy it wold be to replace good bacteria, shame on her ....if she ""did"" know about colonics and how easy it was to replace good bacteria shame on her! I firmly believe that the medical money sucking machine in place runs a smear campaign on this colonic therapy because you will get well and stay well and not need them. I have since studied colon cleansing with water treatments and there has never been anyone hurt by them. The only thing colon cleansing with water therapy hurts is the government, medical doctors and pharmaceutical profits. Get a colonic especially from this place. It is so clean and friendly there. Pros: Weight lose, acne cleared, constipation gas bloat relieved, Cons: Insurance doesn't cover it more

Very helpful for my constipation 3/19/2010

It is so stupid to me to try to get things out at the bottom by taking pills at the top. I tried all the kits on the market until I woke up and tried this colonics thing. I heard about it for 5 years now but I thought it would hurt . Why did I take 30 days of pills from Dr. Naturas box of stuff many times per day when this treatment got it all in 45 minutes? Dumb dumb dumb that dumb box of pills was 80 bucks! The colonic was 72.25. I recommend you get this to lead a healthy lifestyle naturally without all those pills. And I never saw that big stupid looking green thing that is on the website either. Pros: Gave me some herbs to make me go everyday more
