I saw an allergist for 11 years. She gave me a shot weekly;I took allegra and claritin; flonase a 12 hour decongestant a nasal decongestant for at night; she referred me to a surgeon he operated on my nasal passages said they were too narrow ( I fell for that is what makes me the most mad) took antibiotics for sinusitis and ear infections, coughed up mega loads of mucous until I was dizzy....
One colonic per month for two years and I am drug, injection and surgery free and healthier than I was when I was 20, sleep like a rock and infection free.
I strongly recommend you try colonics to uncongest your sinus's.
