I am a 41 year old female that spent half my life irregular. As I got older the irregularity turned into chronic constipation to the point where I was not going until I took something. I would spend the whole week eating 3 meals a day but not going to the bathroom. I would take laxatives on Fridays and go all day Saturday. This was my routine. I started taking a stool softner daily and within a couple days I was going anywhere from once a day to once every 2 dayS. The move was smoothe, without any straining. I still coud not believe i had no pain in my lower abdoman. I could take deep breaths without feeling like i had to throw up. I could not shut up about my experience. I told everyone I could. My coworker even stated that my skin had cleared and lighten to a glow.
