I was so nervous because I didn't know what to expect...this was a new experience for me but I had done research and talked to my sister and my husband about having a colonic...but I was still SO nervous...and it was obvious to Dr. Gabby and Rebecca...she explained the procedure and what to expect and I became totally at ease...there was no pain or discomfort at all...the atmosphere is professional as well as relaxed...I am so glad I had this colonic...It was definitely the right step towards re-starting my weight loss regimen...this was my 1st but definitely not my last...
