My case was nominal in comparison to many other personal injury cases. I was backing out of a parking lot of a local market and stopped to let passing cars go but then was adruptly hit by another car backing out on the opposite side. The other impacted car was merely going 5 mph and my vehicle was minimally impacted. Justin still suggested me to visit a chiropactor as there are still chances of long term injury in a minor accident. We later found out that the driver of the other vehicle was uninsured and no where to be found! Since the accident was minor, I presumed my settlement would be a nominal amount.
