I found Mike and Insta Dry when we needed the carpets in our medical office cleaned. The patients we serve are very sensitive to chemicals so the organic cleaning was perfect. Well, these are the guys I'm calling again to clean my carpets. After a friend of mine had a bout with Kawasaki's disease after her carpet got steam-cleaned, I decided to search for an organic carpet cleaner. I was very satisfied with the work---Mike and his associate first vacuumed the entire house using an Oreck vacuum with an allergenic filter, applied the solution and used a scrubbing industrial buffer to get the solution and grime out after the solution did its work. I didn't think my carpets would every lose that gray track down the hallway, but it sure worked! They took the time and did a careful job compared to those run-in-and-out-$59 jobs. I think it's a great deal for this innovative organic method that you can't really find anywhere else. Now I don't have to worry about my kids and dog eating the cancer-causing man-made chemicals typically found in all other commercial steam-cleaning carpet solutions.
