Well, these are the guys I'm calling again to clean my carpets. After a friend of mine had a bout with Kawasaki's disease after her carpet got steam-cleaned, I decided to search for an organic carpet cleaner. I was very satisfied with the work---Mike and his associate first vacuumed the entire house using an Oreck vacuum with an allergenic filter, applied the solution and used a scrubbing industrial buffer to get the solution and grime out after the solution did its work. I didn't think my carpets would every lose that gray track down the hallway, but it sure worked! They took the time and did a careful job compared to those run-in-and-out-$59 jobs. I think it's a great deal for this innovative organic method that you can't really find anywhere else. Now I don't have to worry about my kids and dog eating the cancer-causing man-made chemicals typically found in all other commercial steam-cleaning carpet solutions. On top of all this, it also binds to chemicals previously sprayed onto your carpets and neutralizes them. I am definitely going to call my friends about this. Pros: Careful work compared to nearly all carpet cleaners, informative, thorough, kid and pet safe
Cons: Can't really think of any.
