Would not recommend to anyone. I read all the other reviews but they claimed to be under new management. I show up for my appointment and the door was locked even though it was during the business hours posted on the door. I knocked on the door to see if someone was there or just in the back for a minute, after 5 minutes someone finally came but told me that she was not in and didn't know if she would be. Then, the manager pulled up in her car and said "I've had a bad day, you will have to reschedule". That was it, NO APPOLOGY, no explanation. When I asked why they did not at least call me so that I would not have waisted my time going all the way there and could have made alternate plans, I was told "like I said, it's been a bad day". Apparently, thier time is valuable but mine is not. A simple polite response is the least that could be expected. New management/owners or not, there will be no rescheduling for me! Worst, most unprofessional and impolite service I have ever had. The manager was down right rude! I have never in my life written a negative review yet had plenty of bad experiences, as most people have but this one was over the top. Pros: NONE Cons: Bad service, bad attitude more

The surly receptionist is gone, the incompetant nail tech is gone, the "boobs-alot" hairstylist is gone, but we kept the REALLY GOOD massage therapist and the knowledgeable, caring, skin therapist and we are augmenting our staff with quality service personnel. As a paying customer I expected a more professional staff. I have been to many day spas and hair salons and I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed. My horrid experience started with the nasty, unhelpful girl at the front desk. Her attitude was so unpleasant and she talked on her cell phone the whole time i was checking in. The worst part of my experience was my pedicure and manicure. It was the most unprofessional pedi/mani I have ever received and then to top it off, when i asked for a french manicure I was told I couldn't have it. When I called to speak to the manager I was tossed from person to person and then I was told she would call me back. I have called numerous times to speak with Alicia the so called Manager but i have not gotten a response back yet. I would never recommend this place to anyone i knew. I have been to this place a few times but this was my last. They are always new people who are rude and very unhelpful. They always seem to have to reschedule my appointment even if i have already paid. I have called numerous times to speak to the manager but somehow she is never there or never returns my calls. The "spa" if thats what you want to call it, is a horrible mess and it has gotten worse the past two times i have been there. I had purchased a gift certificate for my friends birthday a while ago and now i just feel bad because this place is a dump. I have been a customer at Infinity for about 2 years. I have always had great service, and all of the staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Unlike a past review, any time I have had a facial, I have always had a neck massage or a hand massage while the chemiclas are working thier magic. Unfortunalty, the facial does have to come to an end at some point but they never tell you to get dressed and get out in a rude manner. It is always, "relax, take your time getting up." But you also have to be considerate and remember that there is probably someone waiting to get his or her facial done, with that being said..you should take it upon yourself to get dressed in a timely fashion. I am always offered something to drink while I wait or after I have had a wrap or massage. The staff is very personable when I go there. I have referred many of my friends to experience some of the services they offer and will continue to do so. Girls, you are doing a great job, keep up the good work and I will see you soon. This was my first time at Infinity Day Spa, and to be honest i didn't even know there was this great of a spa in Palm Harbor. I had recieved a gift certificate for a full day of services so I took advantage. As soon as u walk in your greeted by the friendly staff and the atmosphere is so relaxing. All of my services were so amazing i didn't want them to end. I definitely left feeling relaxed and happy. I also saw that they did hair as well, so i will definitely be returning for many visits. This was my second experience at the spa,the first I loved thats why I came back for the 2nd time. Everyone is friendly makes you feel at home, very relaxing atmosphere.The BEST MASSAGE ever, I highly recommend, and I've had plenty of massages. Camille is the best I've ever had. Horrible, horrible service! My mom has never been to a spa before so for her 50th birthday I decided to book her a half day package at a local day spa. Infiniti didn't seem too far away and though prices were steep, I decided hey why not. I called up and booked a reservation about 4-5 days in advance and even paid the amount in full with a 15% tip on my credit card so my mom wouldn't have to pay for anything. They were extremely impatient on the phone but I paid no mind and figured they were busy. Well, the day of the reservation came and they called only 2 hours prior to the appointment to let my mom know that they'd have to reschedule her last minute because one of the technicians was out. When my mom asked when was the earliest they could book her, they said it would be at least another 2-3 weeks. My mom said she would call back and let them know when she would be able to make an appointment as her schedule is extremely hectic. Well we've been calling back for the past few days now, leaving messages and we still haven't heard back. As manager of infinity day spa for 2 yrs I am truly shocked to read the comments from an unsatisfied client. I have been a repeat client for many yrs and have never been treated in any other way than acceptional. We strive to give the best service avail. in the industry.Clients are required to fill out a confidential form so my employees are able to give them select services which will give the best results for each individual. There are comfy couches in the waiting area with tea, water and chocolates avail. Can't imagine the sales pitch unless in assessing this clients needs my esthetician was attempting to get her the best services. As for the environment in the room where she was left above sheets and rushed out the door I can only assume she came in for microdermabrasion which is a 30 min. clinical and not relaxing spa type service. We treat our guests as any clinician would when it comes to this treatment. I would like to offer this client some advice regarding which services are more relaxing and soothing if she would like to contact us we will do what we can to make her happy. My experience was a mis. Seems I've been spoiled in the past with facials. The ambiance was relaxing with lights off, warm bed, clean linens, massage on the upper back and neck etc... NOT this place. They prefer you not get under the linens as to not have to change them. Lights on and bright and please don't get comfortable it will end way before you except it to. As a matter of fact, just when you think you should have some realxing time alone they tell you to get up and get dressed. Not to mention the personal questions they continue to ask and sell, sell, sell! Would never recommend them to anyone. Save your money... I wish I did!
