I have been a customer at Infinity for about 2 years. I have always had great service, and all of the staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Unlike a past review, any time I have had a facial, I have always had a neck massage or a hand massage while the chemiclas are working thier magic. Unfortunalty, the facial does have to come to an end at some point but they never tell you to get dressed and get out in a rude manner. It is always, "relax, take your time getting up." But you also have to be considerate and remember that there is probably someone waiting to get his or her facial done, with that being said..you should take it upon yourself to get dressed in a timely fashion.
I am always offered something to drink while I wait or after I have had a wrap or massage. The staff is very personable when I go there. I have referred many of my friends to experience some of the services they offer and will continue to do so.
Girls, you are doing a great job, keep up the good work and I will see you soon.
Pros: Everything is great
Cons: I agree with the parking but you can always get your car washed at the same time next door
