As a paying customer I expected a more professional staff. I have been to many day spas and hair salons and I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed. My horrid experience started with the nasty, unhelpful girl at the front desk. Her attitude was so unpleasant and she talked on her cell phone the whole time i was checking in. The worst part of my experience was my pedicure and manicure. It was the most unprofessional pedi/mani I have ever received and then to top it off, when i asked for a french manicure I was told I couldn't have it. When I called to speak to the manager I was tossed from person to person and then I was told she would call me back. I have called numerous times to speak with Alicia the so called Manager but i have not gotten a response back yet. I would never recommend this place to anyone i knew. In my opinion if the manager isn't even willing to call me back then they obviously don't care about the business of the spa either.
