As manager of infinity day spa for 2 yrs I am truly shocked to read the comments from an unsatisfied client. I have been a repeat client for many yrs and have never been treated in any other way than acceptional. We strive to give the best service avail. in the industry.Clients are required to fill out a confidential form so my employees are able to give them select services which will give the best results for each individual. There are comfy couches in the waiting area with tea, water and chocolates avail. Can't imagine the sales pitch unless in assessing this clients needs my esthetician was attempting to get her the best services. As for the environment in the room where she was left above sheets and rushed out the door I can only assume she came in for microdermabrasion which is a 30 min. clinical and not relaxing spa type service. We treat our guests as any clinician would when it comes to this treatment. I would like to offer this client some advice regarding which services are more relaxing and soothing if she would like to contact us we will do what we can to make her happy. Sincerely, Bernadette
