Would not recommend to anyone. I read all the other reviews but they claimed to be under new management. I show up for my appointment and the door was locked even though it was during the business hours posted on the door. I knocked on the door to see if someone was there or just in the back for a minute, after 5 minutes someone finally came but told me that she was not in and didn't know if she would be. Then, the manager pulled up in her car and said "I've had a bad day, you will have to reschedule". That was it, NO APPOLOGY, no explanation. When I asked why they did not at least call me so that I would not have waisted my time going all the way there and could have made alternate plans, I was told "like I said, it's been a bad day". Apparently, thier time is valuable but mine is not. A simple polite response is the least that could be expected. New management/owners or not, there will be no rescheduling for me! Worst, most unprofessional and impolite service I have ever had. The manager was down right rude! I have never in my life written a negative review yet had plenty of bad experiences, as most people have but this one was over the top. Pros: NONE Cons: Bad service, bad attitude
