I've tried calling them today several times & got no where - basically it goes straight to voice mail. What kind of business is this?

The people here are great! Unlike a lot of apartment finders, these guys give lots of personal attention and make it their personal mission to find you the right apartment. One of their agents picked me and drove me around all day until we found the apartment for me. And I love it! Give them a call! more

Very professional 8/20/2006

I must first say that I had a very restrictive set of requirements when I initiated my apartment search with InTheLoop. However, I was contacted promptly and after a short discussion at their store, I was shown multiple choices, both small apartment complexes and units in houses. The guy who assisted me, Eric, was both very polite and very professional. The overall impression from the business is that they care a lot about their image, which is always good, and that they know the inner loop area very well. more

No pressure apartment search! 8/9/2006

Thank you Citysearch! Last time I was looking for an apartment I used one the locating services promising a $100 rebate; which I never was paid. When I called In the Loop I was invited to come into the office where Drew listened to the things important to me and targeted several apartments. He drove me to all of them and his input helped me make my final decision. I could not be happier. Yesterday the manager of my apartment even called to ask me if there was anything I needed. I plan to stay here until I buy a house. Pros: Drew listens more

Great service 5/15/2006

All around wonderful experience, I have used Drew twice now in the search for a new a rental. He knows the Inner Loop ares very well (Museum/Montose?Heights), is totally up front with you (stuff to stay away from/if what you want is way out of your budget, etc), and always makes himself available around your schedule-truly recommend for your renting needs! more
