This is by far the best experience with an apartment locator that I have ever had! They responded to me very quickly, listened to my wants, and showed me great properties! My search was going nowhere, and then I found Drew. He asked me about my needs (which were very specific) and I explained that I was having trouble finding an apartment that would allow two very small dogs. Drew showed me two properties that were perfect for me, and in less than two hours I made a deposit on my new place. I had awful experiences with two other realtors who wouldn't even talk to me when they found out I had two dogs. Thanks to Drew, we have a great new place to live! Ok, I was at first skeptical about using such a service because I have lived at numerous other apartments in two other states as well as Texas and had never used anyone to help me find an apartment. However, I was under a severe time crunch- a week and a half to find an apartment. Ada was awesome; she made the process so easy and less stressful. Even though I lived 6 hours away, she contacted me frequently to make sure we were on the same page and she kept me updated on what she was doing. When I finally met her, she was even more friendly in person (I didn't think it possible). We met on a Friday and I found my apartment that same day; she knew what was most important to me in an apartment and she kept in mind my limitations due to having Rheumatoid Arthritis. I highly recommend Ada when you are looking to move to a new apartment, especially if you want a stress free experience. I should have done this on my first move in Houston (1994) and could have saved myself the second move (1995) I made because of the dislike of my first apartment. THE BEST EVER! I have used other locating services in the past, but never have I seen so many good for me appartments in one trip. I could have lived in any of the apartments Drew showed me they were all well matched for me, and the insider knowledge that Drew has is exceptional, and made my decision easier. I have no dought I am in the perfect apartment for me and it only took one day and a few hours and Drew does all the driving. Another added bonus was I called for info and was able to make an appointment that day, and Drew put together an exceptional file with all the essential info for me so I had lots of good choices and all the latest rent specials. I recently moved from New York for a job transfer and was referred to Eric Bradley with In The Loop Properties. After living in a hotel for three weeks, I was dying to find my permanent home. I called Eric and immediately knew he understood me, where I was coming from and what I wanted to find. The entire process was so painless compared to finding a residence in NYC. He offered to pick me up from my hotel on a Saturday and we toured what we both agreed to be my top five options. Eric gave me all of the pros and cons of each property and area and I felt like I had all of the information I needed to make a sound decision. While all were great places, I fell in love with the last one which Eric had already mentioned was his top pick and the one he thought I would like the most. I'll say!! I've been in my new home for a month and couldn't be happier. I hope that I can take my new realtor with me if I ever have to leave Houston! I recently relocated to Houston from Tulsa. With the vast number of properties and not having lived in the area I needed assistance finding a place to live. I contacted Jennifer Payne with In the Loop because she was highly recommended. I now understand why. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area far exceeded my exptectations. I have dealt with numerous real estate agents in the past and Jennifer is by far the best. She provided a long list of apartments that met all of my requirements. After narrowing down my search to 4 complexes, she drove me to each location and provided detailed information about the properties. Within two days I made my decision. My roomate and I moved down here from Boston to work, we thought we could handle finding an apartment ourselves but it turned out to be difficult. You really have to know each of the areas in Houston otherwise you could potentially make a huge mistake, that's why we went to In the loop properties. We contacted Jennifer Payne with some pretty strict criteria (2 bed 2 bath, in the 610 loop, pool, fitness, proximity to midtown, amenities, and a move in date within a week!!!), she came up with a bunch of amazing properties and she drove us around Houston. Apartment hunting can be very stressful but with Jennifer it felt like we were hanging out with a good friend, but at the same time she was extremely professional because she knew everything about Houston and each of the properties. After I found out I was moving to houston I contacted In The Loop via email. I recieved an email response the next day. After I gave Jen my requirements she sent me a list of available apartments that met what I was looking for. After I narrowed down the list she had a good idea of what I was looking for. I was recruited to Houston a few years ago by Teach for America. Prior to arriving I was referred to Drew by a program director who said he was the best. I called and he talked to me at least an hour on the phone about the city, the kind of housing I would find and what it would cost. Everything he told me turned out to be right on. When I found out I would have to move this year, it was only natural to contact him again. He is honest, does his research and knows his business. Drew IS the best! more

I worked with Shantel Christian twice, once to find an apartment and two years later to find a house to rent. She is very good about making time to fit your schedule... she will go looking for properties on evenings and weekends. She's also very good at listening to what you want and helping you find that... she's not afraid to point out things that might not work for you. Finally, she's willing to go out looking two or three times to make sure you find what you want. She's very helpful. more

All these reviews are so good, I can't believe how bad my experience has been. I contacted them through an email and got a response pretty quickly which I mistakenly took as a good sign. After receiving a list of available units, I requested to see a couple of them and included my phone numbers in my email; I got no response for several days and emailed again. Still no response I figured they were just another bogus Houston company and thought I was done with them. Then I physically saw the company's sign in front of a nice looking apartment so I called this time, mentioning that I had emailed back and forth with one of their employees, but never heard back from her. Unfortunately, she was the one who called me back. However, that unit as well as the previous ones weren?t available. The employee sent me a couple of other addresses and after I called and emailed, she set an appointment to show me two apartments. Anyway, I showed up at the appointed and waited a bit. I decided I should call her and she had the wrong time, though she chose it. She did show up after I called and I saw one apartment. She couldn?t get into the other. It?s a nice apartment, but Midtown manages it and well?. I don?t have kids and boy am I glad! Pros: The units they manage seem nice. Cons: They don't have time to show them. more

When I moved to Houston, I knew I didn't want to move to a giant apartment complex with hundreds of neighbors. I searched for ""the perfect apartment"" on my own for months with no luck, until I stumbled across In The Loop Properties. After just a few short conversations, we were on our way to visit the first (and last) apartment on our list. It was ""perfect"" - and exactly what I had been looking for!
