Huddlesons Auto Color World

So I was referred to them by my boss and he knows the owner of this company. I was told to bring my truck in on Monday and they would have it to me by Tuesday afternoon. I had several other lower bids that I could have taken but they were close bye and I thought my boss would know best. Well here it is Tuesday night and I am stuck at work with no ride home and looking at one hell of a cab fee or a car rental fee. Good job if your out to screw your customers. I guesss, I would have loved a call ,when they needed more time, not when I called at 2:30 in the afternoon. Sad thing is I work in paint so the bull shit, I " Have to re prime it", was not my problem. takes twenty minutes to cure in a hot room. I will expect them to screw me on the price and try to charge me additional labor as well. Lesson learned get it in writing. Estimated time. How about its your labor managmnet and over commitments thats the problem now. No matter what happens now I can not nor would I ever recomment them to anyone looking to get a ride painted. I feel like the other posters were full of crap and probibly work there. more

Was not happy with how my car was returned to me, The original damages was fixed( door was replaced and repainted),but i found new damage inside my door panel small hole /scrape , inside had white dust and grease fingerprints on window,door panel and leather seats, outside on car inbetween doors, door handles ect .I brought the car back(same day) after i found the damage and expected it to be fixed and cleaned up.The next day when i got there the damage was not fixed car still had white dust here and there and the answer to the damage problem was "that i can fix it with bondo" Verry disappointed more

I found Huddleson's after my Rav4 was rear-ended. The Toyota dealership recommended them, and they are somewhat near where I live, so I went for an estimate. I went at the very end of the day (raced there after work) and although their posted hours said they should be closing, the gentleman stayed quite a while to look over all of the damage and give me an estimate. He also took very thorough pictures. When I brought it back for them to do the work they did a perfect job and had it ready when they said they would. They handled all of the communication with the at-fault party's insurance, so I never had to pay a dime. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a perfect score is that they had my car for 5 working days, a couple of days longer than the other estimates I had received. But, the service and quality were WELL worth the extra time. They did a terrific job, and were very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. more
