So I was referred to them by my boss and he knows the owner of this company.
I was told to bring my truck in on Monday and they would have it to me by Tuesday afternoon. I had several other lower bids that I could have taken but they were close bye and I thought my boss would know best. Well here it is Tuesday night and I am stuck at work with no ride home and looking at one hell of a cab fee or a car rental fee. Good job if your out to screw your customers.
I guesss, I would have loved a call ,when they needed more time, not when I called at 2:30 in the afternoon. Sad thing is I work in paint so the bull shit, I " Have to re prime it", was not my problem. takes twenty minutes to cure in a hot room. I will expect them to screw me on the price and try to charge me additional labor as well.
Lesson learned get it in writing. Estimated time.
How about its your labor managmnet and over commitments thats the problem now.
No matter what happens now I can not nor would I ever recomment them to anyone looking to get a ride painted. I feel like the other posters were full of crap and probibly work there.
