BEWARE HONDA OF SEATTLE - Takes advantage of the elderly and the vulnerable! Honda of Seattle targets old people to steal their funds - financially and ethically unsound company - BE WARNED! STEALERS OF $1200!!!! Exploitative and ethically unsound! This company convinced my 82 and 63 year old parents they needed servicing, and without warning charged them $1000 FOR A FLUID CHANGE, only acknowledging the cost of service after it was performed. They also replaced the battery without permission. This was not requested by my family, $1000 is a complete scam from a loan shark level of debauchery and it is absolutely shameful that they would target the vulnerable in our community for their own benefit. Stay away at all costs! Exploiting the vulnerable during a pandemic is the next level of absolutely morally and ethically unsound. Over the course of two days their representatives have gone MIA while they have charged our credit card without permission - DESPITE EXPLICITLY AGREEING THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO SO UNTIL THIS WAS RESOLVED - and still interrupted my work day in the middle of my presentations to deliver the car and try to use a messenger to get me to sign off on their buffoonery, AND THEN TAKES THE CAR BACK - USING OUR MILES AND OUR GAS for their attempted push to get us to force us into agreement! Used Car Purchase Experience 6/2/2012

I worked with salesman, Steve F., and Elizabeth in financing and they did a great job. Steve was not pushy, and kept me very well informed. Elizabeth worked with me given that the other buyer was 70 miles away and we got all the paperwork squared away without a problem. Almost ran into a snag when another buyer arrived to purchase the same car I was looking at, but HondaofSeattle stuck with me. Great experience and fantastic job on the detailing of the used car that had just been traded in. I will definitely go back to HofS when I need another car. more

I guess I'm not too disappointed because when I compare to other car dealerships I consider my experience above average. But they are a dealership that pulls out all the typical tricks and up-sell. Just need to do your research and stand your ground. more

Worst service I have ever encountered. My 2008 Civic has had transmission and vibration problems and they have simply stonewalled me, always saying the car is operating normally when it is not. I'm turning it in at end of lease, will never do businees with this dealer again. more

Honestly, the main reason I purchased at Honda of Seattle was comfort. They treated my wife and myself extremely well. We NEVER felt pressured. We didn't even talk price until the 3rd time I visited. I've purchased cars for each of my 6 children and always hated the experience and pressure. This was an excellent experience, the entire staff was extremely helpful from the beginning with the internet questions to receptionist helping with directions for downtown facilities. I was most impressed with the salesman, his knowledge, concern for my needs and fairness. I should also mention I am very impressed with my FIT too!!! more
