I was insulted and ridiculed while asking questions about my tire. I will not be coming back for sure. They quoted me 3 hours to see if my tire - the tire they repaired a week ago...

I was insulted and ridiculed while asking questions about my tire. I will not be coming back for sure. They quoted me 3 hours to see if my tire - the tire they repaired a week ago - was losing air (when it clearly was going flat). I believe they berated me because I am a woman and that's just wrong... The H in Hobb's should stand for HORRIBLE! 7/10/2007

I thought the service here was very poor. Spending money/time/effort to service your car is stressful enough, and these guys don't help. They are unresponsive and undermining. .Save yourself the trouble and money.........go some place else!! Pros: none! Cons: customer service more
