Worst

I was insulted and ridiculed while asking questions about my tire. I will not be coming back for sure. They quoted me 3 hours to see if my tire - the tire they repaired a week ago...

I've brought my cars there many times. They're always honest and extremely knowledgeable. So refreshing. They recently found a Toyota service bulletin (not a recall notification I would have received) on my Matrix saving me $800 in repairs. They referred me to the dealer as the repair was covered outside my warranty. more

Outstanding Service Every Time 12/11/2009

I've been taking my cars to Hobbs since 1984; never a problem. They're straightforward, honest and extremely competent. They are very businesslike and polite, but don't expect cheery social banter. They get the job done right every time, on time, for a reasonable price and for auto repair, that's all that matters. more

Dave at Hilltop is always friendly and helpful and we've taken our crappy older car there many times for one ailment or another. AAA recommends this place and I do, too. more

Horrible Customer Service, Guaranteed! 7/4/2007

These guys did not treat me very well. They were mean and acted like I was a fool for asking questions. They overcharge you, too! I will not be taking my car back to these guys, and I advise you not either!! more
