Food was delivered after 2 hours. Driver called me to say he was outside; I then waited outside for 25 minutes before he actually showed up (and called him after 10 minutes, to which he responded that he'd be there in 5). Unsurprisingly, all the food was cold (edamame, soup dumplings, pad thai). Called the restaurant to explain and they offered to refund just the soup dumplings, but couldn't bring back any warm food because "way too busy" (also, I live 0.4 miles away). Uh, no, that's not how it works. Luckily grubhub has their sh*t together and saved the day with a refund. Never again, Hing Kee. more

After ordering from here Many Many times, we finally hit a bad bad night. After the food was delivered late the food was not tasty at all. All six dishes tasted bland and boring. Probably will skip these guys going forward. more

This restaurant is the epitomy of horrible food. The service was horrible as was the food and presentation of the restaurant. The menu's are crap, all torn up. They don't care about how they present themselves. They made us pay for an appetizer we didn't order. Food was cold and salty. Waitresses are extremely rude, demanding more money on their tips. Advice: don't attend this dump of a restaurant! more

It's not grade A sashimi, but you can satisfy your craving for sushi and sashimi here for a low price. The fish is better than Todai's if that's any comparison. Plus, you can try a variety of Chinese dishes too.\r \r The downside is that some of the staff and even the owner don't care about the service aspects to the point of turning away regular customers. If they get an order wrong, they make a face state at you until you offer to keep it. They get orders wrong all the time too so make sure to check your order every time. Pros: good selection of food, fat slices of sashimi, low prices Cons: poor service, enough to overwhlem the pros more

The food arrived at the time estimated, which was fantastic. I had the Dynamite Roll, Orange Roll, and two of the Combo platters. I loved everything, the Crunchy Roll could have been crunchier, but it was delivery so that was to be expected. I'll never order the Dynamite Roll again...but this is not Hing Kee's fault. I forgot what it was, I ordered it from another restaurant and it was an explosion that was not pleasant. Hing Kee's version is the same. Everything else is fantastic though and will be ordering again. more

HS soup very good; spicy beef wonton noodle soup very good; braised pork belly very good; Sichuan chicken chow mein noodle good; and , free egg roll not so good (but free). Super service and priced right. Another real Chinese restaurant delivers downtown (no more ersazt Chinese delivery for us (thank you GrubHub)! more

Good Chinese and Sushi, too! 1/6/2008

I've been going to this place for years because of it's very good won ton soup and vegetarian dishes. They have recently upgraded and added a Sushi menu; pretty good rolls and sushi. Large portions and low prices ensure a good value. more
