Review content:
Food was delivered after 2 hours. Driver called me to say he was outside; I then waited outside for 25 minutes before he actually showed up (and called him after 10 minutes, to which he responded that he'd be there in 5).
Unsurprisingly, all the food was cold (edamame, soup dumplings, pad thai). Called the restaurant to explain and they offered to refund just the soup dumplings, but couldn't bring back any warm food because "way too busy" (also, I live 0.4 miles away). Uh, no, that's not how it works. Luckily grubhub has their sh*t together and saved the day with a refund.
