Without a doubt had the worst place an order I have ever deal with of my life at this place, I have to say that they have good pricing compared to other shops in the area, but their customer service is too horrible, especially the owner and I was shocked when I knew he was the owner I believe his name is ?Telly?. But this guy is so so rude and not professional at all, especially when discussion for deliver flowers for Valentine?s Day, his answer is I can deliver it on time and before 3:00pm Max. and when I called at 3;00 for tracking the delivery they said it delivered and she get it already. However the driver arrived at 4:00pm and when I called for complain coz my girl friend she left already and the owner by himself was telling me ?your girl is lying and anyways she got it already wt you want?. Then I called him after coupled of hours and he start to curse at me and then he hang up onme. Also he said you are one customer I don?t care! Wow , is that the owner of the business!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone looking for a good descent service. I do believe that with this kind of service, this business will not last too long. I will pay more money but for better quality!!!! more

This place has some very talented employees that can put together beautiful bouquets and arrangements for any special occassion including weddings. One of their nice features is that they offer silk flower arrangements- and at very affordable prices. They can also send balloon arrangements and even fruit baskets! They have one of the largest selection of flowers and plants in Bay Ridge Brooklyn .They service the whole Tri- state area and all of there work is done on their premises. more

When ever I need to send an arrangement, Henry's Florist always takes care of me! I've tried other florists in Brooklyn up until i found Henry'sFlorist over 10 years ago and I've never been as happy with my orders as I am with them. They even send flowers across the country for me! All their flowers are fresh, their designs are breathtaking, and my deliverys are always on time. Henry's is a life saver, especially for a procrastinator. In fact, even if you plan ahead, you can get beautiful flowers, corsages, boutonnieres and just about any flower you can imagine at Henry's. Now for my story, SUNDAY, 11:00 am (no less), I remember my aunt and uncle are having a luncheon (at 1pm THE SAME DAY, they were leaving for the restaurant around NOON), to celebrate 25 years of wedded bliss. I think, oh, I'll get them flowers-a corsage for her, a boutonniere for him, of course, everyone tells me no way there is no way anyone will be able to fill that order in that short of time I say I gotta try. I go to the Internet Yellow Pages, under Florist, in my old neighborhood, in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY, there it is Henry's Florist. (I now live in Florida.) Unbelievable! It has been 30 years, I call, it is the same store, the original Mr. Henry has passed on to that Big Florist in the Sky but a new Mr Henry and his family have taken over. They are just as nice and professional. Telly (son) answered and said he would make me beautiful flowers and deliver them in time and he did! BTW, He DID NOT take advantage of the situation, if you know what I mean, they are very honest. So, my advice if you need flowers,etc. call Telly or any of the staff at Henry's you will be happy with this choice. Also, check at the web site and wedding site there great ideas. He quoted me twice and each time differently for the flowers I wanted. I will never recommend this place to anyone looking for a good descent service. Henrys florist is a local brooklyn florist i used to do my wedding last july. I found henrys florist in a wedding magazine advertised. They also the came very highly recommened fom one of my friends who used them for her wedding. She told there reputation is one of the best when it comes to weddings in creating extraordinary wedding flowers. Besides being the best in the wedding business there are very affordable with there prices espeacially from some other shops me and my husband had got estimates from before hearing about Henrys Florist . I discovered Henry's florist through a local bridal magazine. We used them for our wedding. My wife chose the flowers. She wanted gerbera daisies as a theme. We went thru Henry's florist in Brooklyn for the bouquet, the throwaway bouquet, the 2 corsages, 3 boutonnieres, and 4 other pin to your blouse/jacket flowers. I thought the price was just okay since the flowers were just gerbera daisies and nothing really extraordinary. We paid less than $300 for flowers ($80 deposit, with the remaining paid on the day of the pickup). We didn't chose the florist for centerpieces, since we went to an online store for that. Pros: Conveniently in Brooklyn; Average Flower Quality and Selection Cons: Bad Service, Rude, Would not recommend them for a wedding more
