Without a doubt had the worst place an order I have ever deal with of my life at this place, I have to say that they have good pricing compared to other shops in the area, but their customer service is too horrible, especially the owner and I was shocked when I knew he was the owner I believe his name is ?Telly?. But this guy is so so rude and not professional at all, especially when discussion for deliver flowers for Valentine?s Day, his answer is I can deliver it on time and before 3:00pm Max. and when I called at 3;00 for tracking the delivery they said it delivered and she get it already. However the driver arrived at 4:00pm and when I called for complain coz my girl friend she left already and the owner by himself was telling me ?your girl is lying and anyways she got it already wt you want?. Then I called him after coupled of hours and he start to curse at me and then he hang up onme. Also he said you are one customer I don?t care! Wow , is that the owner of the business!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone looking for a good descent service. I do believe that with this kind of service, this business will not last too long. I will pay more money but for better quality!!!!
