Good work and helpful people! 7/5/2016

I recently used Hendrix Air to repair the AC unit in my house that another company installed. They hooked up a new motor to the system which they did very well. I am happy with the price they offer for yearly maintenance, and the workers who come to my home are always respectful and polite. They are good people, I have no complaints about them! more

Been using them for years 6/28/2016

I have been using the services of the folks over at Hendrix Air for about five years now and they have always been satisfactory. I have purchased their maintenance plan and it is really nice not ever having to worry if one of my units goes down. Thanks to that plan they replaced a unit for me recently which was great. These guys do a great job and I would definitely recommend them. more

Quick and to the point 6/20/2016

I give Hendrix Air the highest rating because I've been doing business with them for a long time, and they've always treated me right and fair. Most recently they changed a motor in one of my central air conditioners, and it was an emergency because we weren't getting any air and it was hot. Their response time was very quick because it was a busy time of summer--because it was hot. When I called, he was already out on calls. It took about five hours for them to get to me the same day, so it was pretty quick. They had to work me in and did so on the same day. more

Hendrix Air changed a coil on my air conditioning unit and it turned out great. I have used them for 13 years, and I like that they usually do what I ask them to do. more

They do good work- no complaints! 5/11/2016

I have been with Hendrix Air for 16 years and they always provide good service. Whenever I call them, they try to get out here as soon as they can to fix the problem. They service my AC every 6 months and they have also replaced some parts in the AC unit. It is good to have the technicians come out and I feel that I can depend on them. They know what they are talking about and they do good work. I'm satisfied. more

I have been using Hendrix Air for about two years now and everything has been totally fine. They come out regularly to do maintenance and I think their prices are reasonable. The technicians who come out are always really nice and professional. They come on time and they usually send me a quick text to let me know when they are on their way. more

Excellent 4/29/2016

Hendrix Air is always good. They are efficient, they come on time and they do a good job. They will explain what's going on and how much this or that will cost--and they give you your choice. And they don't charge a whole lot of money. The way things are, they charge what they have to charge and they did good. I have been calling them for about two to three years and would refer anybody to them if they ask. more

Hendrix Air does a great job 4/8/2016

We've had Hendrix Air service our air conditioner for several years and they're in our house at least once a year to check on our AC unit. Their technicians are cordial, professional, and always know what to do when our AC starts acting up. It's very convenient to schedule an appointment with them and we really enjoy doing business with them. They come highly recommended! more

Technician was very thorough 4/7/2016

I recently had the guys over at Hendrix Air come help me out with some issues I was having with my air conditioning unit. The technician that they sent to my home was very well spoken and he really broke down everything for me. As someone who is not particularly familiar with the inner workings of an air conditioning unit, his ability to explain everything to me in a clear manner really made me feel comfortable that he really knew what he was doing. He explained to me everything that needed to be done, and what he was going to do which was cool. Once he was finished working on my unit, he was very thorough in his tests to make sure everything was in working order. It was just a really good experience overall. more

They are a very good service 3/29/2016

I recently had my air conditioning unit serviced by the guys over at Hendrix Air and I am really pleased with their work. My unit was acting very temperamental and sometimes it would just randomly shut itself off. These guys were very helpful and very prompt. The technician they sent out was able to identify the problem in a very quick manner and set about fixing it. Once he was done fixing it, he cleaned up after himself and he did a very good job. My unit is working perfectly again which is just fantastic.These guys are a very good service and I would definitely use them again should the need arise. more

Very pleased with Hendrix Air 3/16/2016

I've been with Hendrix Air for ten years and my last experience with them was wonderful so I will give them five stars, but I've had a few problems with them in the past. They installed two new AC and heating units in my home and I am very pleased with both of them. Their employees are well informed and helped me pick out great units that will last me a lifetime. 90% of the time they're great and I think they have a new staff that has proven to be professional and courteous, so I would definitely recommend Hendrix Air if you need any AC or heating installations and repairs. more

I think they are excellent in their field 3/9/2016

Hendrix Air is quick on the job and whenever I call they work me right in. I have been calling them for five and six years and I'm satisfied because they always do a good job. They are on time and text or call me to let me know they are on their way and who will be coming before they get here. They worked on my old unit, installed the new one and recommend different products. I had the wrong air filters and they recommended the right ones for my unit. They are really knowledgeable and I've never had any complaints with them. more

An all around good experience 3/1/2016

The guys over at Hendrix Air were prompt to respond to my call when I needed them. When they made it out to my home, they were able to quickly address the problems that I was having. What I really liked is that they explained everything to me step by step instead of just leaving me in the dark like some other companies that I have dealt with have done. They were able to fix the problem quickly and I was really impressed with the professional manner with which they conducted themselves. This was just an all around good experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some help with their heating or air systems. more

The guys over at Hendrix Air are always good. I have dealt with them multiple times for my office and I am always impressed with their service. These guys are always punctual and they always get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Whenever we have a problem they always respond very quickly which I greatly appreciate. What more can I say, we have never had a problem with them and they have always been great to us. more

Timely and trustworthy! 2/4/2016

Hendrix Air basically manages my heating and air conditioning in my house as well as the system in my rental house. They do a good job. I needed them to come out once in the middle of the night- there had been an issue with the heater and it was deathly cold. They had someone come down immediately, even though it was the middle of the night. He was not even there for that long and he did a good job. Erika in the office is their scheduler and they would all be lost without her. Their prices are a little more than expensive than most of the others around the county, but you get what you pay for. They provide timely service and they have always been trustworthy. more

I really like Hendrix Air. I love their service people! Their friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to help makes them stand out. They are willing to go the extra mile to provide great service. They were working in my attic when it was 104 degrees out, just to ensure that my ac was working properly. I have never had any issues with their work. They come on time and get the job done. more

Satisfactory results 1/21/2016

I went to Lowe's to look for a new a/c unit and they referred me to Hendrix Air for the installation. Hendrix Air came to the house in a reasonable amount of time and knew what they were doing. We were so pleased with the job that we hired them to install a thermostat in our other house. We have a year warranty on both units so we won't have to call them unless something goes wrong. Their prices are pretty competitive and they come when they say they will. more
