I used Hendrix Air for the first time to fix the motor in my unit because it wasn't running. They said they'd send someone over but he never came. I tried calling him but he didn't pick up so I called other people there. That's when they told me that he had a hurt shoulder. They sent a technician the next day, which raised the bill of the service. I was under the impression that when the person who was originally supposed to come fixed my unit, it'd be $218. It didn't make any sense to me why I would be charged more because they sent a different person over. The lady at the office, Ms. Erica, was wonderful about responding and treating you with respect but overall, my experience with them was just okay.
