I recently had the guys over at Hendrix Air come help me out with some issues I was having with my air conditioning unit. The technician that they sent to my home was very well spoken and he really broke down everything for me. As someone who is not particularly familiar with the inner workings of an air conditioning unit, his ability to explain everything to me in a clear manner really made me feel comfortable that he really knew what he was doing. He explained to me everything that needed to be done, and what he was going to do which was cool. Once he was finished working on my unit, he was very thorough in his tests to make sure everything was in working order. It was just a really good experience overall.
