I give Hendrix Air the highest rating because I've been doing business with them for a long time, and they've always treated me right and fair. Most recently they changed a motor in one of my central air conditioners, and it was an emergency because we weren't getting any air and it was hot. Their response time was very quick because it was a busy time of summer--because it was hot. When I called, he was already out on calls. It took about five hours for them to get to me the same day, so it was pretty quick. They had to work me in and did so on the same day.
