Ordering online is so easy and my food is delivered faster by ordering online. Love the fact they tell you when the food will be delivered and seems to be right on time. Never have to get put on hold when placing my order online. more

whenever i crave fried chicken, i order from harold's. it's cheap and quickly satisfies. however - the biggest issue with this location is the consistency with delivery. sometimes it's awesome. other times it's so awful you think you might die of starvation. i experienced the latter. no one wants to eat cold fries. #42, ditch your delivery man and you'll get 4 stars from me. more

fabulous, as always .... except for the caramel cake ... dry, not very flavorful ... i'll skip that forever ... oh, and they didn't send any sauce for the chicken and fries?? idk, maybe they don't do that on the northside? more
