Back on October 08, 2011, I wrecked my neighbor's Harley and had it towed to CTHD. Four months later, they still haven't finished the repairs. They finally called last week to t...

Pete Deixon down to earth and really knows his Harleys. He gives you all the support you need when deciding on a bike, trike or supplies without being pushy. CentraL Texas Harley is the easiest to work with in every situation. Thanks guys more

Motorcycle Sales 11/30/2011

My boyfriend and I were interested in getting another Harley. We ride a HD Muscle and were looking at getting mone more for longer trips. We spoke with Pete Dixon and he has made this whole process much mroe comfortable. He gave us tons of information that we were not aware of and he spend so much time and personal attention to us! That is rare to find in a sales person. I would defintely recomend Pete at Central Texas to anyone that I know who is interested in getting a new Harley! more

Two Wheels Rep 11/30/2011

\r When I finally decided to upgrade from my Yamaha to a Harley, I looked online and started talking with Pete Dixon. We met and he started diligently working on a trade. I didn't have a lot of cash to throw down, and my bike was well used, but that didn't matter to Pete. What mattered was that I left with a Harley. He must've sacrificed the entire day to work out a deal for me. I left with a Harley cause of him, and if you need a dependable person to speak with at Central Texas, go speak with Pete Dixon. more

Patience... 11/30/2011

I went into CTHD expecting to be hit in the head with a Harley as soon as I walked in the door (bad experience from other dealers); however, I was pleasantly surprised when Pete walked over to see if I needed anything. I was in the market for a bike and had heard good things about them so I figured I couldn't lose, right? I started out with what I thought was the perfect bike for me (not knowing 'much' about Harley's) and after talking with Pete... well, I ended up looking at a totally different model than I had my heart set on-- he was right! Spot on. The bike I ""thought"" I wanted would not have fit ""me"" or my riding style. We walked around the showroom and Pete took time to explain a lot more about all the bikes on the floor (and the dealership was busy that day). Even though I wasn't able to buy at that time, Pete was very patient and knowledgeable and didn't mind sharing everything he knew. When I do buy a Harley, it'll be from Pete at CTHD. Everyone there was really friendly and it was a fun experience. In a nutshell: As the title reads, Pete was great and had a ton of patience with all my questions and flip-flopping from bike to bike. Definitely the guy to see. more

Not a salesman 11/22/2011

My boss went to CTHD and checked into bikes. He was a bit intimidated at first but soon Brad introduced himself and he was on a journey to learn about the HD culture and about the dealership itself. Brad put him at ease and sparked his imagination. Before he left he was given a tour and introduced to the other team members in other departments. He was able to try a bike out, without actually getting on the street with it. He was very Impressed with Brad and how he represents HD. He had a great time and is now seriously considering putting a Harley into his lifestyle, not just buying one. Awesome Job Brad! more

Best Harley Experience 11/14/2011

The owner, Andre, started the whole process. I purchased a 2011 Ultra Classic Limited in April 2011. The experience was GREAT. The salesman's name is Pete and the General Sales Manager is Jack. they did EVERYTHING to make me happy. Of Course I added to my bike make it mine. John, DC and Mike in parts as well as Mackey, Josh and Service Manager Joe did all they could to help me personalize my motorcycle. Everyone is so helpful when I walk in to the dealership from Andre to Michelle and even Rick are always smiling and there to make me feel at home. Go chcek them out!!! more

CTHD ROCKS!!! 5/13/2011

We recently purchased a 2011 Blackline for me, a 2011 883 Super Lo for my 16 year old son, and a 2011 CVO Softail Convertible for my husband from CTHD. Their sales was extremely knowledgable and helpful, and they will do whatever it takes to ensure that you drive away with the bike of your dreams! After reading the reviews on this site, I can't even believe it's the same dealership. The Sales Manager (Jack) is AWESOME and will really go the extra mile to do the deal! Jenny in Finance knows her stuff, but also will hang out and chat, no matter HOW late it is! The staff in motorclothes go out of their way to assist, and the receptionist is always quick with a smile and greeting! In fact, our experience with CTHD has been so awesome that we have sent several of our friends there to purchase bikes as well! They have definitely become our family dealership of choice. Keep up the great work! more

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!!! 3/1/2011

NEVER, GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! \r I recently purchased a pre-owned soft-tail from a private owner and took it into this dealership to have all the fluids changed. This is my first bike and as soon as they saw that I wasn't exactly "knowledgeable" they tried to take me to the bank. Sales guy brought out the service manager "Joe" and he tried to upsell me on many different things. The most outlandish was that my rear tire had "dry-rot" and that if I didn't replace it, it could be deadly. I told him I agreed that a bad tire would be very dangerous but that this tire is brand new and still has the tabs on the tire. No dry rot whatsoever. I had to repeatedly re-iterate that all I wanted was an oil change and a new battery. They quoted me 200 bucks on the fluid change and 135 on the battery. I know I can get the battery for 85 bucks or so but wanted to ride that night so told them to go ahead. When I came in to pick up the bike, I was shocked when the sales guy told me the bill wa more

Central Texas Harley Davidson Round Rock 11/7/2008

Having purchased ether Harleys before, I have a good idea of what I want. But at this store I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the sales manager (Mike I think) who argued with me on my decision. A very arrogant Blank,Blank that acted like he was a gift to everyone, especially his sales staff. Nevertheless I continued with the purchase and was still going to purchase the Soft tail i wanted. Then after being hit with a "Walk around" I was pressured into purchase?s that are just gravy for the dealership. Unlike the lady that posted here of her findings, I knew of these downfalls and refused the junk, the chrome, the additional service package and more... All are pure profit to the Dealer. But then i was hit with the insult... The Interest rate. They hit me high and I went running. As I was walking out one of the salesmen called me a name, but I left with dignity... Long story ends with the purchase at Cowboy Harley Davidson. It went smooth and fast, no sales pressure or add on more

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! 4/6/2008

Even though I live a couple minutes away from the new CTHD, I'd rather drive to South Austin or Temple to buy anything Harley. They lost 2 loyal customers! In Sept. 07 bought a new FLHT. Well almost 2 months ago the bike was in an accident and the insurance totaled it. They paid what the bike was worth and I'm left to pay the rest (the pay off). The pay off is $5000. I bought extended warranty & the Priority VIP Platinum Club. I didn't get the Gap insurance because being that this was my first purchase ever, I didn't know what it was...NOBODY explained it to me. Now knowing what it is, I would get it in a heartbeat. TOO LATE! I don't want another bike, they're making it so difficult. Now I'm trying to get my $2899 (extended warranty) reimbursed back to me. They gave me less then $500 back and that's it! I asked "So since I'm not getting another bike, you just keep the money?" The guy said very rudely "YES!" The VIP Club ($2280) I'm paying for goes down the drain. The vibe I get from t more
