My boss went to CTHD and checked into bikes. He was a bit intimidated at first but soon Brad introduced himself and he was on a journey to learn about the HD culture and about the dealership itself. Brad put him at ease and sparked his imagination. Before he left he was given a tour and introduced to the other team members in other departments. He was able to try a bike out, without actually getting on the street with it. He was very Impressed with Brad and how he represents HD. He had a great time and is now seriously considering putting a Harley into his lifestyle, not just buying one. Awesome Job Brad!
