Always ready to assist their customers. Friendly on the phone and in person. Even came at midnight on New Year's Eve when my furnace when out on a cold December night. I highly recommend them. They have fixed my original system for years and when the A/C gave out, they replaced it. I have been on the schedule to have the system checked twice a year. They always call in advance to confirm the date, then they call when the tech is leaving their last call. They are HAPPY people and great to deal with - I trust them. more

Guy Smith Heating and Cooling stands behind its products and the warranty. Our technician, Brian, is wonderful. I feel comfortable with what he says is going on with a system. We have 2 units, one installed by Guy Smith and one not but Guy Smith is now the company that takes care of both units. more

Guy Smith came out today to service our AC unit and we couldn't be happier with their service. We called another company first, who's office staff told us they couldn't give us any estimates prior to coming out, saying it was up to the technician but when the tech called to schedule the appointment, they said the prices were determined by the office staff. As this didn't sound right, we decided to call another company, and fortunately it was Guy Smith. I called a few minutes after 5 and much to my surprise someone answered the phone! It was Cathy and she was very friendly and really helpful in scheduling a tech to come out short notice. She gave us a call 30 minutes before the tech came out too which we appreciated. The technician, Phil was extremely professional as he answered all of our many questions and was very pleasant. I will definitely only call Guy Smith the next time we need AC service! more

Had problems with A/C. Your representative was timely and informative in making temporary repairs and making recommendations for replacement of unit. Unit cost was reasonable (including discounts). He made repeated return calls as old unit broke down awaiting installation parts.. Installation of new unit was made approximately 5 days after initial diagnosis. very pleased with services. Bryan, the service representative from Guy Smith did an outstanding job, extremely professional and solve a 2 year problem that other companies were not able to do. He stuck with the job, went above and beyond just a service call, installation and repair. He was able to bring a heating and cooling system to one of our commercial rooms, with minimal cost to our non-profit business. He made me aware of what the problems were, how they needed to be fixed and he completed the job, without shorting the proper way to do the job. I strongly recommend the company and the company maintain Bryan as a representative for the company. Thank you Guy Smith for job well done. more

The serviceman ( Phil) who checked out the heat pump is thorough and knowledgeable. He also did the inspection on the previous visit. I like him a lot. I have one suggestion... It would be nice if the serviceman/woman would put on a pair of booties in case he/she has oil, etc on the bottom of their shoes. more

Fantastic service from the technician from Guy Smith Heating and Cooling! Starting with the office staff for scheduling the appointment for service, to the very knowledgable technician. The technician, Phil, was very polite and informative. He diagnosed the problem shortly after inspecting the unit, let me know what the problem was and listed the options available to remedy the problem. He was very patient with me and my battery of questions. He performed a neat and thorough job, well done! more

I'm so pleased with this company, I really don't know where to start. Hands down they're the cheapest..in fact they're so affordable that I kept asking.."and does that price included everything?" I had a hard to find leak on a brand new unit and the Tech tested EVERYTHING and couldn't find the leak..so he called out the manufacturers repair guy who also couldn't find the leak..but that didn't stop or discourage the Tech..he kept coming out..AT NO COST TO ME..until he located the leak..HE NEVER GAVE UP!!..once he located the leak, which was near the reverse valve in a hard to reach spot..making it ALMOST impossible to repair, he still didn't get discouraged..the company sent out a supervisor to work alongside..and long story short.. My unit is fixed and running better than ever!! I'm so grateful. My Husband and I were suffering through a miscarriage unbeknownst to Guy Smith Heating and Cooling and the problem with the HVAC unit was one problem we had no extra energy to address..but Thank God we didn't have too!..our Tech and his supervisor came out while we were at work and surprised me with the phone called that all was fixed and well..they took alot of the pressure we were experiencing off of our shoulders and I'll always be extremely grateful for that!?? more

Called first thing this morning for a unit that was not cooling properly. Kathy was very pleasant, cheerful and eager to help address the issue. The technician (Marcus) were able to make it out same day, fixing the issue right away. The cost was also very reasonable and quite competitive. I couldn't be more happy with Guy Smith Heating and Cooling. more
