Fantastic service from the technician from Guy Smith Heating and Cooling! Starting with the office staff for scheduling the appointment for service, to the very knowledgable technician. The technician, Phil, was very polite and informative. He diagnosed the problem shortly after inspecting the unit, let me know what the problem was and listed the options available to remedy the problem. He was very patient with me and my battery of questions. He performed a neat and thorough job, well done!
