Guy Smith came out today to service our AC unit and we couldn't be happier with their service. We called another company first, who's office staff told us they couldn't give us any estimates prior to coming out, saying it was up to the technician but when the tech called to schedule the appointment, they said the prices were determined by the office staff. As this didn't sound right, we decided to call another company, and fortunately it was Guy Smith. I called a few minutes after 5 and much to my surprise someone answered the phone! It was Cathy and she was very friendly and really helpful in scheduling a tech to come out short notice. She gave us a call 30 minutes before the tech came out too which we appreciated. The technician, Phil was extremely professional as he answered all of our many questions and was very pleasant. I will definitely only call Guy Smith the next time we need AC service!
