I told them the refrigerator type and the issue. They sent a guy out who when got here said he cannot work on my brand GE Profile. The next guy that came out was here 30 minutes. The only issue was the drain was froze and needed trawled out. He borrowered a pan and put hot water in it and poured it in the drain. Then wrote a bill for 242.65, yes for 30 minutes and no parts. Thats over $1MM a year! I am waiting for the company to call me back now, Kathy Jones is supposed to be the customer I manager. We will see where this goes.
