For the health nut, this is a great place to find bread baked with organically grown flour, natural ingredients and honey as their preservative. Great Harvest is the best bread I have ever had. I hate being away from Seattle and having to shop at a grocery store for bread...it never compares to the quality and taste of Great Harvest. I love dropping by in the morning for a coffee and cinnamon roll or muffin (usually with mi amigos!). I also bring their granola camping. A lot of times, I will stop by for a late lunch and get a sandwich and apple. Also, the fancy breads are impressive for dinner parties! The staff is really great...the owner is absolutely wonderful! I wish she worked at MY company! I hope people read the next chapter of the low-carb fad and realize that you need whole grains too! Thank you, Great Harvest! Please keep up the good work!
