If I could give zero stars I would. They left me stranded at the airport two times. This was their second chance. The first time, the limo broke down, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was beyond their control. But what kind of limo company leaves a customer stranded TWICE, the second time with no communication or explanation?! So anyway, on their second chance I scheduled an airport pickup for this past Wednesday. I was assured that everything was set up. The first weird thing was that I did not receive a confirmation call. I called the company on the morning of, and got no answer. I must have called 10+ times throughout the course of the day, all different times, all different lines, starting at ~10am (8am el paso time), and left multiple voicemails letting them know my flight was delayed and asking for a return call to confirm that that was going to be fine. No one EVER picked up and no one EVER returned my call. Sure enough, I got to the airport and no one was there. I called the company AT LEAST 5 more times with no answer. I waited almost a half hour and finally took a cab home. And even beyond that, I'm sure that they have received my voicemails by now, and no one has called me back to apologize or even make a halfhearted attempt to keep me as a customer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of company in my life. Either they are terribly managed or they have no regard for their clients. Maybe both. more

Do NOT use this company!!!! We had a pick up for 5pm to leave for the airport and that was the latest we could have pushed it, they called me a half an hour before we were supposed to be picked up to tell me that they would not be there until 6pm. There was no ""sorry"" and they didn't even offer to book us another car from a different company. Terrible customer service and i would never recommend them to anyone. We were lucky enough to call up our regular limo company and they came to the rescue. more

bad to the bone 5/21/2012

My ride never came. I booked it a month earlier and confirmed from my connecting airport. I called and called and called....no one ever answered. I was forced to take 3 buses and lug my bags home. A nightmare and not even an apology. Golden Crown should be called Fallen Crown. Bad bad bad bad company! more

Horrible service 5/9/2012

On May 7th we flew in from California to Newark and had used this service to pick up us form the airport. Our flight was set to arrive at 11:25 pm we told the service we needed at 11:30 pick up. We has called before taking off and where told that the driver will call us where he was going to pick up us when we landed. Our flight had gotten in early so at 11:30 we where sitting wiating with our luggage.. After waiting to approx 11:40 without hearing from the driver we called the main number and where told that our reservation was for 11:45 which immediately was wrong they where told 11:30. So we waited until 11:50 at this point we called again since we had not heard from the driver. The ""Manager"" told us he was on 1&9 and would be there in a few minutes. So we waited another 15 min at 12:05 we called and where told the again the driver was just leaving Jersey city and would be there shortly. Finally at 12:15 we receive a call from the driver asking what terminal we where at and where should he pick us up. This was 45 minutes after out scheduled pick up time we finally get a call from the driver stating that he is just on his way. I would highly not ever recommend using this service unless you enjoy sitting at the curb at the airport. more

They agree to one price a month in advance and then double it the night before. Do not use them! more
