If I could give zero stars I would. They left me stranded at the airport two times. This was their second chance. The first time, the limo broke down, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was beyond their control. But what kind of limo company leaves a customer stranded TWICE, the second time with no communication or explanation?! So anyway, on their second chance I scheduled an airport pickup for this past Wednesday. I was assured that everything was set up. The first weird thing was that I did not receive a confirmation call. I called the company on the morning of, and got no answer. I must have called 10+ times throughout the course of the day, all different times, all different lines, starting at ~10am (8am el paso time), and left multiple voicemails letting them know my flight was delayed and asking for a return call to confirm that that was going to be fine. No one EVER picked up and no one EVER returned my call. Sure enough, I got to the airport and no one was there. I called the company AT LEAST 5 more times with no answer. I waited almost a half hour and finally took a cab home. And even beyond that, I'm sure that they have received my voicemails by now, and no one has called me back to apologize or even make a halfhearted attempt to keep me as a customer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of company in my life. Either they are terribly managed or they have no regard for their clients. Maybe both. more
