My ride never came. I booked it a month earlier and confirmed from my connecting airport. I called and called and called....no one ever answered. I was forced to take 3 buses and lug my bags home. A nightmare and not even an apology. Golden Crown should be called Fallen Crown. Bad bad bad bad company!
