Very Rude 5/1/2013

My daughters party planning was so stressful due to the rudeness of the staff and nickel and diming. You can't have two different kinds of cupcakes, either chocolate or vanilla (allergies, duh)Then only the kids get them, not parents. Pizza and cupcakes are extra for parents. For what we paid everyone should be able to eat. Also, I thought there would be pretty invites included...NOT! Had to pay for invites, cake, etc. which i thought were all included for $400 bucks! the staff is very rude and condescending. I doubt I ever go back there. more

Rude 3/2/2013

The owner is very rude. I have been in there several times due to my daughter wanting to have a party there. I was told there everything for the party would be done for me. That was not true. The amount of money you pay is not worth it. If it wasn't for my daughter wanting a party there I would never steep foot in this place again. more

I can't belive how rude the owner is and the customer service. We booked a party I have to leave several massages to update. For the amount of money you will spend it is not worth it. more

Great Place to Shop, if Anyone Wants to Help You 12/4/2012

Cute stuff but yes, expensive. Just had my daughters birthday party here and although the kids had fun it was really not worth the money. The hair and nails they do are adequate if the 5-year-olds did it themselves and the crafts/games were okay. The owner is very rude but the rest of the staff was nice. They do not seem eager to help anyone that comes in to shop, or pick up their own party invites which I did two weeks before the party. I had to wait and hear two girls at the counter talk to each other and felt as if they were almost upset that they had to help me. Once the owner got up and left the younger gal turned much more helpful. I usually like to spend that kind of money and feel special, not get met with feelings that I am bothering the shop owner. more

Love it! 10/24/2010

I like the variety of items for little girls and tweens. They have something for everyone in every budget. I also liked that the owner was there to suggest items for my girls based on their ages and my budget. I read reviews about the store being expensive. I shop for my girls all the time and I found the prices reasonable for their quality and uniqueness. I went to check out the jewerly and crafts and they have the same prices that I saw when I was checking the items in several websites. The plush toys and room decorations have the same prices as other stores. This is not a store for everyday shopping. It is perfect for birthdays and special occasions, a special treat. If you want to get cheap stuff go to Walmart of the $1 rack at Target. more

girly girlz 2/24/2006

This is a really neat place to take your little girl for an afternoon or to have a girly birthday party at. The store itself is a little small but it has a lot of fun packed into it! In the front of the store there are all kinds of girly items for sale. Then there is a party room where all the magic comes alive! They have the coolest parties there. They have dress up parties, sleepover parties, makeup parties, princess parties, poodle parties and much more. Then in the back they have the Diva Day Spa. They do the girls nails, makeup and hair and they do it soooo cute. The girls love it and it is a lot of fun. The staff is great too. Prices are a little expensive but the children have a lot of fun and it is really cute. more

This place is not for those with thin wallets, like me. 12/29/2005

This place is definitly a girls dream store! At least my daughters really enjoy looking at their stuff. This place is a very high high priced store if there were a dollar sign rating this place would be $$$$ 4 out of 5 signs. I felt uncomfortable walking around the store with my daughters who wanted to touch and look at everything, because the employees were constantly watching what we were doing. I asked a question about parites and the employee treated me like I wouldn't be able to afford it anyways so why even bother. Of course I couldn't afford it, but still it would be nice to know in case a couple of ladies would want to pitch in for our daughters. Bad service, expensive products. Most of the products could be found at similar places for less than the cost at this "boutique". more

Nice kinda expensive though 10/2/2005

Girly Girlz Tea & Trinkets store is one of those nice but expensive places to go. When I brought my daughter here, she was jumping in joy. They have a nice girly boutique which sells a lotta girly stuff like clothing, makeups, pens, glitzy jewelries, decors, and other girly accessories. They also accept/hosts parties but the tag price is a killer. I'm planning to enroll my daughter in their etiquette class but still undecided. Friendly staff and overall a nice place - but expensive. more

Fantastically fun for a party 9/21/2005

Girly Girlz is the ultimate place for small or big girls to have a day out. We recently attended a birthday party there and it was extremely fun. Everyone was served tea (or juice for the little "princesses"), sandwiches and cookies. We chose our own fancy hats and boas to wear and it was great giggly fun. Their boutique is beautiful, but extremely expensive. I would love to buy a lot of the stuff there but it was way out of my price range. However, if you are searching for the perfect special gift for your diva or princess, this is a great place to look. more

fun day 8/31/2005

This is a great fun day out for a mom and her girls. I went her with my niece for a party and she loved it. She is very much a girly girl. It was very expensive but I was prepared for it since it is in Scottsdale. Cute gifts for the little girls in your life. I wouldn't take my girls here since they are autistic. I think for them there is to much going on and they wouldn't be able to stop touching stuff. I would end up having to pay for half the store. more

AWESOME! 8/1/2005

I have been going to Girly Girlz Tea & Trinkets since shortly after they opened. It is an awesome store and the staff has never been anything but great to me and my kids, especially the owner. She is always so sweet to my girls and they love her - in fact they always want to hug her when we leave. We have been to two parties there and they are unbelievable. They have thought of every detail and both of my girls want their parties there. As far as the prices, the things you can find at other stores are similiarly priced but they have some really unique, cool things like fur sleeping bags that are expensive. We have always been able to find really cute, unique gifts there at good prices and everything is wrapped in their super cute bags - I have to say, Girly Girlz is one of my all time favorite stores. more

Beautiful Items - not so kid friendly 7/29/2005

Girly Girlz is a beautiful little girls boutique that also offers hair cuts, spa services and birthday parties. The selection of little girl items is incredible and everything is very hip and gorgeous. Prices are expensive but that's what you expect in a Scottsdale boutique. The owner is friendly but uptight. Children are really not supposed to play with anything until after they have purchased it. I have not tried any of the spa services or birthday parties, but if you need a really pretty birthday gift - this is a great place to go. more

Great store for girls 7/27/2005

This is a great store to take your younger girls. It is very expensive, so make sure you have the extra $$ before you go. They have makeover days where girls can get their hair, nails, and makeup done and they also have cute little parties there. The staff is always SO nice and the store is really a unique, nice idea. They have tons of great gift ideas for little girls, too (nieces, cousins). My little sister is 4 and BEGS me to take her here. She always has a ton of fun (and leaves with a ton of stuff). more
